Neurodivergent Coaching

Alongside counselling, I also offer Neurodivergent Coaching. This aims to support Autistic people and those with Aspergers, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia.

Autistic burnout is increasingly common due to masking and trying to conform to a social and work environment not built to consider Neurodivergent needs.

Often people with ADHD have issues with inhibition, impulsivity, procrastination and would like strategies to manage these traits and live and work more effectively.

The aim of ND coaching is to harness your strengths and overcome challenges, to enable you to live more effectively. Through acceptance of your ND self, coaching enables you to live in a more authentic way, without needing to mask in the workplace or social settings.
